Return Policy

We stand behind our custom work—but returns require process and documentation.

Return Authorization Required
To return a product, you must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form within the applicable guarantee period. Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA number that is valid for 30 days. Touch Up Depot does not accept returns without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. We do not reissue or extend RMA numbers.

How to Return
Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label of your return package. Ship the product to us using a trackable, insured carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for any loss or damage during transit.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any applicable labeling. If any part is missing or altered, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a charge to cover missing components.

Shipping Fees & Restocking
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the item is unopened and returned in its original condition. No return credits will be issued until the returned items are fully received and inspected by our team.
