Touch Up Depot ships precision—fast and reliable.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 10 business days. Custom kits, color-matched solutions, and labeled items may take the full processing window depending on complexity and volume.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and are based on order weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Estimates
Transit times vary by carrier and location. Once your order leaves our facility, we can’t control carrier delays—but we’ll always send tracking so you know what’s happening.

Order Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact sales@touchupdepot.com.

Risk of Loss
All shipments are FOB origin. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is with the carrier.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
Let us know within 3 business days of delivery if anything arrives damaged or missing. Send photos when possible. We’ll make it right.

Backorders
If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you quickly and offer partial fulfillment, substitution, or full cancellation.
